Mittul Patel, PE, LSRP
Chief Executive Officer
Mittul Patel is an experienced environmental engineer with more than 25+ years of experience working on major infrastructure projects and for public and private sector clients. He specializes in leading large, complex projects from planning, design through construction and has expertise in managing comprehensive environmental services, developing software and data management solutions, property acquisition, and remediation system design. As CEO for BEM Systems, Mittul focuses on business operations, developing new services and software solutions, and directing strategic business growth.
Mittul earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the DD Institute of Technology, India, and his Master of Engineering degree in Environmental Engineering at the University of Hartford, Connecticut. He holds Professional Engineer Licenses in the states of New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut.
Christopher Pisarri, PG
Vice President of Federal Programs
Christopher Pisarri is a professional geologist with over 20+ years of experience managing environmental restoration, compliance, investigation, remediation, and construction projects for the Department of Defense (DoD) and other federal, state, and commercial clients. His background includes conducting site/remedial investigations, remediation, demolition, and compliance projects for USAF, Navy, USACE, and other clients in remote locations. As Director of BEM’s federal services his focus is on federal government, restoration planning, stakeholder relations, and strategic partnerships.
Chris earned his B.A. in Geology from the University of South Florida. He is licensed in the state of New York as a Professional Geologist.
Mohammad Sayyar, PhD, PE
Vice President of Innovation, Technology, and Solutions (ITS)
Dr. Mohammad Sayyar is an experienced technology business process analyst and manager with over 18 years of experience in transportation design, software solutions, and infrastructure asset management. Mohammad specializes in process improvement, problem-solving, and mentoring teams. As Director of BEM’s Information, Technology & Solutions (ITS) sector, he is passionate about enhancing services and products through technology innovation. Mohammad focuses on infrastructure analysis, Agile methodologies, and strategic collaboration to drive progress. He has served in key roles as an asset manager, business analyst, and product owner for software implementations.
Mohammad earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Structural Engineering from Michigan State University. He also holds an M.S. degree in Structural Engineering from Sharif University of Technology, and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology. He is registered as a Professional Engineer in the state of California.
