ETrak™
Environmental Data ManagementETrak™ is a GIS-enabled environmental management system that is used to track and manage environmental compliance and cleanup reporting requirements for transportation agencies. This includes tracking and managing all aspects of air, stormwater, wastewater, and drinking water permits, as well as underground storage tanks (UST), above ground storage tanks (AST), oil/water separators (OWS), and waste oil tanks.
ETrak™ offers role-based secured access for consultants, built-in ticklers notifying appropriate team members when milestones or regulatory dates approach or have been missed, and extensive reporting capabilities for oversight and regulatory compliance. The centralized data storage architecture allows laboratory Electronic Data Deliverables (EDD), documents, photos, location coordinates, and maps to be easily uploaded and linked to facility and project records, resulting in one convenient repository for all environmental artifacts.
The ETrak™ system offers the flexibility to easily be customized to address agency-specific requirements. In New Jersey, ETrak™ capabilities have been extended to track and manage the extensive set of regulations detailed in the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA) (N.J.S.A. 58:10C-1 et seq.), to comply with the Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) requirements.

LSRP Module
- Tracks site remediation cases, Linear Construction Projects, NJDEP fees, and assignment of the LSRP.
- Tracks all NJDEP compliance activities/regulatory and mandatory timeframes.
- Form and report submissions including: PA, SI, RIR, RAWP, RAR, IEC, RE, VI, Public Notification, and RAO including Remedial Action Permits.
- Assists in performing internal audits and reviewing all submittals to reduce cost burden, conflicts, and arbitration associated with NJDEP/LSRP Board audits, and verifies completion of regulatory reports before submittal.
