We are both honored and proud to have served all branches of the DoD, NASA, USACE, and other federal agencies. Over the past 20 years, BEM has worked as a prime contractor for the following federal agencies, providing services related to planning, compliance, energy conservation, remediation, water resources, and information management:

BEM has executed projects for these agencies throughout the United States ranging from the westernmost reaches of the Aleutian Islands to NASA Kennedy Space Center in Florida. These projects were contracted using a combination of CPFF, FFP and Performance-Based Contracts under our DCAA-approved cost accounting system. BEM currently holds the following ID/IQ Contract:

  • Worldwide Environmental Restoration and Construction 2009 (WERC09) – environmental, engineering, and minor construction services at Air Force Installations worldwide

And BEM formerly held the following contracts:

  • Environmental, Construction, and Operations & Services 2009 (ECOS09) – environmental, minor construction, operations and services at Air Force installations worldwide
  • 4P Architect-Engineer 08 (4PAE08) Services –Title I, Title II, and other A-E Services at Air Force and Federal installations worldwide. Period of performance to December 2016 and an initial ceiling of $3 billion
  • Air National Guard (ANG) Environmental Services Contract through the National Guard Bureau (NGB) – full range of engineering, professional, technical and remediation environmental services at various locations throughout the U. S. and its territories
  • GSA Federal Supply Services Contractor, Environmental Advisory Services (GS-10F-0229K) – 899-1 Environmental Planning, Services, and Documentation; 899-7 GIS Services; 899-8 Remediation Services
