BEM Systems, Inc. has been selected by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) to deliver a software solution supporting the agency’s Real Estate Services operations, including leasing and property disposition management.
BEM’s winning solution is powered by PAECETrakTM, our proprietary platform designed to modernize real estate and Right-of-Way management workflows. The system provides TxDOT with a centralized, secure, and scalable solution that improves visibility, efficiency, and lifecycle management across its portfolio.
