Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)
BEM has successfully secured a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the USDA Forestry Service, specifically for projects within the Allegheny National Forest. This BPA is a significant achievement for BEM, as it establishes a framework for future collaborations over five years, from October 2024 to October 2029.
The USDA Forestry Service will determine and allocate projects based on their needs, ensuring flexibility in resource management and project execution. The total value of this BPA is substantial, with a combined ceiling of up to $7 million allocated for the entire pool of contractors involved. BEM will collaborate with experienced teaming partners on this contract, including Brownfield Science & Technology, Inc. (BSTI), Lewis Environmental, LLC, and Metzler Forest Products, LLC. Each partner brings unique expertise and capabilities, enhancing BEM’s ability to deliver effective solutions for the forestry service’s needs.
