PAECETrak™ is a web-based, Geographic Information System (GIS) integrated application developed by BEM Systems, Inc. to automate the complicated process of acquiring and managing properties for ROW departments. PAECETrak™ manages, tracks, and documents the entire acquisition process—from property identification to acquisition—including excess property disposition. PAECETrak™ helps ensure compliance with the requirements of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act (Uniform Act), meeting federal agency oversight and audit requirements. PAECETrak™ is a software system that comprehensively manages the entire acquisition process from start to finish, as detailed in the following flow chart.

Document Production and Management
PAECETrak™ contains a document management system to automate the production of standard form letters using information in the PAECETrak™ database, automatically formatting standard document templates for your agency. Supplemental documents, photos, and maps can be easily uploaded and linked to projects and parcels, resulting in one convenient repository of all relevant project artifacts.
Delivery Options
PAECETrak™ may be licensed to run at your facility or hosted by BEM at our commercial hosting site. Also, a basic version of PAECETrak™ is available on a monthly hosted-service basis via BEM’s innovative PAECETrak.com service. Typical configurations require a web server running Internet Information Server and a database server running either SQL Server or Oracle.
