HAPTrak™

The Highway Access Permitting System (HAPTrak™) is a web-based system designed to generate, track, and manage all types of Highway Access and Highway Occupancy Permits. The system was designed to fulfill the Department of Transportation major and minor Highway Permit requirements. HAPTrak™ can be easily tailored to monitor and comply with applicable State Highway Access Management Codes and state-specific regulations, ensuring agency and organizational regulatory compliance is maintained.

HAPTrak™ is built on BEM’s industry-leading PAECETrak™ system platform, leveraging our proven capabilities in template driven document and permit generation, reporting, security controls, and configuration flexibility. HAPTrak™ provides role-based secure access, built-in tickler notification for team members when milestones or dates approach or have been missed, and extensive reporting capabilities for oversight.

HAPTrak™ automates the process of managing Highway Access Permits from pre-application meetings through the completion of construction, handling driveway, street or lot consolidation and/or subdivision. HAPTrak™ automatically generates the associated documents, letters and reports for distribution and management of Highway Access Permits and Highway Occupancy Permits. HAPTrak™ also administers the process and related documents for internal Right of Way driveway adjustment, modification or removal of driveways.

HAPTrak™ generates permits and related documents for Conformance, Completeness, Permitting, Inspections, and Internal Department Reviews. HAPTrak™ supports the uploading and associating any electronic or scanned documents to a permit, such as plans, letters or other documentation.
